Jinal Shah, an artist with a voice that beckons all consciousness to witness the interwoven labyrinth of colours and metaphors that broadly revolve around Women's spirituality and freedom. She puts to use the principles of discipline that she acquired during her academia in Commercial Art and blends it with the voice of her soul. She is poetry on canvas.

Story

Every artist is primarily a storyteller. They serve their stories in colours and patterns, in their textures and open-ended interpretations. My art is my storybook. I lend voices to the women I see in women beyond themselves, a place of their greatest potential.

Art happened to me by chance. I began as a Commerce student but found art along the way. My brother saw it and encouraged me. I couldn't look back then on. It stayed with me and I knew it was my calling. I pursued the discipline of art from an Art college. It gave me perspective and I found my voice. Today, I take great pleasure in portraying Spirituality and the voice of women through my art.

Spirituality

The voice of spirituality and emotions of women is her major vocabulary of art as she weaves her stories in colours through these deeply driven insights and renditions.

Women Freedom

The unapologetic voice of women is her muse and she draws heavily from the women around her, giving each artwork a unique voice with ample representation.
